118 PHSky Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Playing

These Terms govern all use of the 118 PHSky platform at https://118phsky.net, including the website, mobile browser interface, any mobile application, and all associated gaming services. They apply to all registered players and, where applicable, to visitors using any part of the platform that does not require registration.

118 PHSky reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 118 PHSky platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

These Terms are written in English. If there is any perceived conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation or summary, the English version prevails in all cases.

To register and maintain an active account at 118 PHSky, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 118 PHSky strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 18. Age verification documents may be required at any point, including at registration, on first withdrawal, or at any time we have reason to question a player's age.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 118 PHSky or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently in effect at 118 PHSky or any other licensed gaming operator.

Each player may maintain only one registered account at 118 PHSky. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of all balances associated with those accounts.

When registering at 118 PHSky, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and current address.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Notify 118 PHSky support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

118 PHSky reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your 118 PHSky account or any balance associated with it to any other person under any circumstances.

All deposits and withdrawals at 118 PHSky are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard cards.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any transaction fees incurred.
• 118 PHSky does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge fees at their discretion.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered 118 PHSky account holder.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within 30 minutes. PESONet and manual bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• 118 PHSky reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing by the player.

118 PHSky offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts, family accounts, or shared devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• Bonus order: Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money is wagered first unless the platform interface indicates otherwise. Withdrawals can be made from real money balances at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: Unless stated otherwise, a maximum bet of ₱500 per round or spin applies while bonus wagering is in progress. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Casino slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a lower percentage.

118 PHSky reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. If a promotion is discontinued before a player has completed the required wagering, the bonus will be removed from the account but any real money winnings accrued up to that point will be retained.

All games offered on the 118 PHSky platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game lobby. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money bets.

Sports Betting: All bets placed on sporting events at 118 PHSky are subject to the official sports betting rules published in the sportsbook help section. In cases of ambiguity, postponed events, abandoned matches, or disputed results, 118 PHSky's trading team will apply the settlement rules stated in the sportsbook terms. Decisions by the trading team on bet settlement are final.

Casino and Live Dealer Games: Game outcomes for RNG-based casino games are determined by independently certified random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a studio environment, streamed in real time. 118 PHSky is not responsible for network interruptions during live game sessions, but will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure session integrity is maintained.

Virtual Sports: Virtual sports outcomes at 118 PHSky are determined by a certified RNG system. Results are independent of real-world sporting events. The RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing agencies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 118 PHSky and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate odds or outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are not payable.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Pusoy, or any multiplayer game to defraud other participants.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, or systematically wagering in ways designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

118 PHSky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The account is being used in a manner inconsistent with fair play standards;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 118 PHSky.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits that remain uninvested and are not connected to any violation may be returned to the player following a review period, at 118 PHSky's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 118 PHSky support at support@118phsky.net. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game or sport rules before closure is completed.

All content on the 118 PHSky platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 118 PHSky or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the 118 PHSky platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of 118 PHSky intellectual property may be subject to legal action.

118 PHSky provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 118 PHSky disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

118 PHSky shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party system failures beyond 118 PHSky's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 118 PHSky's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

118 PHSky is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that problem gambling is a serious issue and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 118 PHSky players directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, the account will not accept further bets until the period resets or is adjusted downward.
• Session time limits: Receive an automatic reminder or forced logout after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, the account is fully inaccessible for gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 118 PHSky platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of six months and cannot be lifted at the player's request during that period.

Your continued use of the 118 PHSky platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the 118 PHSky platform will first be referred to 118 PHSky customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with support, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or to the competent courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter. Players agree that Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms.

Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly must raise the dispute with 118 PHSky support within 30 days of the relevant bet settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted.
